My husband, Rob and I along with our family lived here in 2017. Our son, Bennett is a junior and my daughter, Olivia is a 3rd grader. Our oldest daughter, Peyton just graduated and is attending and playing basketball at Gustavus.
I feel fortunate to be able to be part of the Boosters. The people in this crew are amazing! They are truly the most thoughtful and giving people I could ask to work with. To be able to provide our students with items they need to continue to be successful is a tremendous feeling. Thank you for letting me be part of Cougar activities! GO COUGARS!!

Who are you: Hello! Married with two sons at East (senior and sophomore), two dogs and a cat. I enjoy endless hobbies and projects, both indoors and outdoors. Hobbies range from reading to flower gardening to reading to crocheting. Did I mention reading? … it is always a good time for a great book. Current hobby is snowshoeing!
How long have you been involved in the East Booster Club: Joined in the Fall of 2021 so this is my second year.
Why did you become involved in the East Booster Club: Initially a friend said, “you should join, it will be fun”. Which has proven to be true 🙂 It is rewarding to be involved knowing that current and future students benefit from the booster activities.
What is your favorite part of being involved in the Boost Club: Currently, I focus on Cougar Gear and sell at various events. My favorite part is seeing the smiles on the youth when they get new gear.
If you could be any animal, what would it be: I would be a cat … well, we are a cougar family 🙂 Cats are on their own schedules and seem to be often napping. And if I were to be a cat, well that cat would know how to read!

I am part of the booster club because I wanted to know more about East extracurricular activities, learn how and help raise funds for those activities and to ensure kids have a place to make memories doing things they love.
